ZGR Creatives runs Meta advertising for asphalt paving, sealcoating and epoxy contractors — built to put homeowners, property managers and commercial buyers who are actually ready to spend in front of your crew.

Who we help
Three trades. That's the entire list.
Turning down everything else is the point. Knowing what a driveway is worth in April versus August, and which of those months you should be spending in, is the difference between an ad that sells work and an ad that gets scrolled past.
01 / ASPHALT PAVING
Driveways, Parking Lots & Commercial Paving
High-ticket jobs require more than cheap leads. We build campaigns for serious quote requests from homeowners, property managers and commercial buyers, matched to project value, timeline and geography.
02 / SEALCOATING
Education Before Conversion.
Homeowners don't always wake up knowing they need it — they need to understand why first. We build campaigns that teach asphalt maintenance and the cost of waiting, creating demand before we ask for the sale.
03 / EPOXY & COATINGS
Garages, Shops & Industrial Floors
A homeowner upgrading their garage and a facility manager working from a spec sheet need completely different messaging. We build separate residential and commercial campaigns to reach each buyer with the right offer.

Client reviews
In their words.
The thing contractors mention first is almost never the targeting. It's that Zak answers, stays on the account, and changes things when they need changing.
“It's been a great experience working with Zak since June 2025. He's easy to communicate with, maintains a great relationship, and is proactive with our campaigns. You can tell he genuinely stays involved and cares about getting things right. Overall, it's been a great experience working together.”

“Zak has been great to work with. Communication is excellent, he's quick to respond, and any issues that come up are handled quickly. What I really appreciate is that he doesn't just launch a campaign and forget about it — he actively monitors everything and makes adjustments when needed.”
Derek CallahanCampaign management
“The results have been game-changing for our business. Zak has helped us generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads, and we're currently seeing around a 60% conversion rate.”

The real problem
You don't have a lead problem. You have a qualification problem.
Most contractors we talk to are already getting form fills. They're getting them from renters, from people three counties out, from tyre-kickers collecting five quotes, and from the same shared list four competitors bought. Volume was never the hard part.
What you've been sold
Shared leads resold to every contractor in the county
Boosted posts reaching people who don't own a driveway
A cost-per-lead screenshot that never mentions close rate
An agency that launches, invoices, and goes quiet until renewal
What we build instead
Exclusive leads, generated for your account only
Service area drawn by drive time, not by city limits
A qualification layer that filters the wrong job before it reaches your voicemail
A named person watching spend daily and telling you what changed
What we run
Six things, done properly.
01
Meta advertising
Campaign architecture built for the trade: objective, budget structure, audience geometry and placement decisions made for a local service business with a truck and a crew, not for an e-commerce funnel borrowed from a different industry.
02
Video & static creative
Concept, script, shot list, edit. Ads built from your own job-site footage where we have it, and produced from scratch where we don't. The first two seconds are the whole fight — that's where the work goes.
03
Lead generation strategy
Offer, hook and ask, matched to the season and the job value. A sealcoating offer in June and a paving offer in September are not the same argument, and shouldn't run the same form.
04
Campaign optimisation
Budget moved toward what's converting, audiences and placements cut when they aren't, and frequency watched before it turns your best ad into wallpaper. Decisions made on the account's own data, weekly.
05
Creative testing
A structured queue of angles — pain, self-diagnostic, price anchor, proof — versioned and tested against the account's own history. Winners get scaled, losers get cut, and the log of what beat what stays with your account.
06
Hands-on management
Campaigns checked daily, not at month end. You get a direct line to the person making the changes, and a plain-language answer when you ask why the cost per lead moved.
How we work
Four phases. One pipeline.
Nothing here is a black box. You'll know what's being built, what it's being tested against, and what changed week to week — because you're going to be asked to close the leads it produces.
01
Foundation
Market, capacity and offer.
Before a dollar moves, we settle what a qualified lead actually looks like for your business — job value, service radius, and how many extra jobs a month your crew can genuinely absorb without the schedule falling over.
Service area drawn by drive time, not by zip boundaries
Property age and driveway-type signals layered into targeting
Offer and price anchor agreed before creative is written
Tracking, form and lead routing built and tested end to end
02
Attraction
Creative written for the trade.
Each account runs a deck of scripts rather than a single ad, versioned and tested against its own data. Hooks are proven in market instead of guessed at in a planning document.
Pain, self-diagnostic and price-anchored angles built in parallel
Video and static produced from job-site footage where it exists
A challenger always running against the current winner
The testing log stays with your account, not our template folder
03
Qualification
Filtering before it reaches you.
The form does work. Questions are written to disqualify politely — renters, out-of-radius, and jobs too small to be worth the drive get filtered before they ever land in your phone.
Price expectation set inside the ask, not after the call
Ownership, radius and job-size qualifiers on every form
Leads routed to a sheet you can actually read
Instant SMS and email notification on submission
04
Conversion
Follow-up and the weekly read.
Getting the lead is half of it. The follow-up layer keeps a prospect warm between the form fill and your call, including a heads-up text so your number isn't a cold ring from a stranger.
Automated heads-up text before you dial
SMS and email nurture sequencing
Caller-ID and spam-flag remediation
Weekly readout on the numbers, in plain language
Founded and run by Zak. Every account is built, written, launched and watched by the same person you talk to on the phone — which is the only way a client list this short makes sense.

Who you're working with
You get the person who built the campaign.
The most common thing clients say about ZGR Creatives has nothing to do with targeting or creative. It's that someone answers, quickly, and knows the account without having to look it up.
That's deliberate. A short client list means every account gets scripts written specifically for it, checked against its own performance data, with new versions every round — instead of a template rotated between fifty accounts by whoever is free that week.
Campaigns checked daily, not at month end
Direct line to Zak — no account coordinator in between
Adjustments made when the data says so, not on a calendar
A straight answer on whether your market is worth running
The offer
100 qualified leads in 60 days.
Written into the agreement, before anything goes live. If the campaigns don't hit it, you aren't the one carrying that.
Qualified is defined first. Job value, service radius and ownership criteria are agreed with you and written down before the first ad runs — so the count can't be argued about later.
Ad spend is yours, paid to Meta directly. ZGR Creatives charges a management fee and takes no percentage of your spend.
Exact terms are set on the call. Not every market or capacity level is a fit, and we'll say so on the first call rather than three invoices in.
Straight answers
Before you book.
Anything not covered here, ask on the call — you'll get a straight answer, including "no".
What actually counts as a qualified lead?
Someone who owns the property or controls the budget, sits inside the service radius you defined, and is asking about a job in the value range you said is worth your truck. We agree those three criteria in writing during onboarding — before any ad runs — so "qualified" isn't something we get to redefine later.
How much ad spend do I need?
It depends on your market size, your season and how many jobs a month you can actually take on, which is exactly what the first call is for. What's fixed is the structure: your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta, from your own ad account. ZGR Creatives charges a management fee on top and takes no percentage of spend — so there's no incentive on our side to push your budget higher than it should be.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. Leads are generated for your account only, and we don't take a second client competing for the same driveways in the same radius. It's one of the reasons the client list stays short.
How fast do leads start coming in?
Campaigns typically go live within the first week, and first leads usually follow within days of launch. The first two weeks are spend discipline and early signal — letting the account learn, watching which angle pulls, and tightening qualification before scaling anything. Judging an account on day three is how good campaigns get killed early.
What do you need from me?
Access to your ad account and page, whatever job-site photos and footage you already have on your phone, and a fast answer when a lead comes in. The last one matters more than most contractors expect — lead quality and speed-to-call are the two levers that decide close rate, and we only control one of them.
Do you work outside paving, sealcoating and epoxy?
No. The reason the campaigns work is that the scripts, offers and seasonal timing are built from account data inside these three trades. Taking on a fourth industry would mean starting that learning curve from zero, on your budget.
